Firing Range & Tank - Blackshaw Moor

Revisit to an abandoned MOD firing range, the range has a length of 6.23 kilometers and no testing has been done here for some years but the remains of outbuildings and possibly a US M4 Sherman tank that was in use in Afghanistan then decommissioned and brought back to here to be used as target practice still remains.

The presence of military warning signs are still here along with red flags that would be in full mast when live firing/testing was taking place.

Rumours circulate of a former ROC post on the site but after numerous searches i've been unable to locate it.
